Sometimes when you switch phones or log into Stepler using a different method than you have previously, you may find that your points have "disappeared" as you have accidentally created an entirely new account which contains no previous user history. As a first remedy, please attempt to recall which login method you used when first creating your account at Stepler - and then try logging in again.
If the issue persists, please get in touch with us via our primary support channel at: feedback@stepler.io and we will help you sort out the issue. We are able to fully restore your accumulated Stepler-points and Streak manually as the process is not automated.
